Apple Calendar with a Google account

The recommended way to connect Apple Calendar. LinkMyCal syncs through your Google account, and Apple Calendar reads your calendars from there.

1Open Connect Calendar
In LinkMyCal, open the main menu and select Connect Calendar. Choose the Apple Calendar tab, then pick Google email as the connection method.
2Sign in with Google
Under step 1, click Sign in with Google and authorise LinkMyCal. Step 2 will not work until this is done.
3Open Calendar and go to Settings
On your device, open the Calendar app and go to its Settings.
4Go to Accounts and choose Add Account
Open Accounts, then use the + sign to add a new account.
5Select Google from the list
Choose Google as the account type.
6Sign in with the same address
Use the same Google address you connected in LinkMyCal, then save. Your LinkMyCal calendars show up in Apple Calendar shortly afterwards.
