Free ICS file generator
Create an iCalendar event file when the time is already agreed. No account required. Event details are processed in your browser; analytics are disabled on these tool pages.
How to create your calendar file
- Enter a title, start and end in UTC, plus any location or notes.
- Download the .ics file and open or import it in a compatible calendar.
- Check the local date and time before saving, especially around daylight-saving changes.
Will an imported event update automatically?
No. This file is a one-time snapshot. It does not reserve a slot, send invitations, track RSVPs or synchronize later edits and cancellations. Send changes separately; importing multiple files may create duplicate events.
Which calendars use ICS files?
iCalendar is a standard event format supported by major calendar applications, including Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook. Import controls vary by app and device. ICS compatibility is separate from LinkMyCal's live calendar integrations; Outlook connection is coming soon.
